Project: Back office lead handling module.
Product: Prosperity International internet based business program.
Objective: Design of a back end module for allocating real-time Callback requests to sales team, plus integration with customer database.
Angle: No copywriting required here. This was totally back-end stuff. It turns out the guys that closed the sales for this deal were working with rather basic tools. I mean, it’s one thing to have red-hot leads flooding in from every angle, but if your sales team are tying themselves in knots juggling sticky post-it notes & XLS spreadsheets, they don’t stand a chance of being productive. A bit like Tiger Woods trying to play golf underwater. The back end module my tech team designed virtually turned them into “super closers” overnight, as expected.
Result: A substantial & spectacular increase in productivity through automation.
